Etzatlan is less than an hour away from Tequila and Mundo Cuervo. It is a lovely colonial town with Cathedral and French ironwork in the main square. El Centenario is located on a corner of the Main Square as one of the key historical buildings of the town. Near the most important archaeological site of western Mexico, Huachimontones.

Horse or 4x4 excursions to the little seen Piedras Bolas or mysterious huge completely round boulders that number more than 200.
