This Cozumel beachfront villa has it all! Your gated driveway leads to a carport with enough parking space for several vehicles. The front garden area has tropical plants, flowers and trees and an area with patio furniture. The villa is fully air conditioned. The large dining room seats eight and offers sea views. The fully equipped kitchen is decorated with decorative Mexican tile. Also on the main floor is a full bath and a bedroom with king bed. A second bedroom on this level has two twin beds. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a kind sized bed, futon bed and private bathroom. It offers spectacular sea views. The large second bedroom has a private bath with shower and separate tub. This bedroom has two double beds and a single futon bed. There is a cut-out spot in the rocks with a sandy bottom; makes it easy to enter into the water for swimming and snorkeling.There is plenty of outside living area with covered patio. The fresh water pool features a wading pool for children & a deeper end.
