Overview

Villa Debra is the only 4 bedroom home located on the beach in Mexico's Costa del Sol. The front door is only 30 feet from the Blue Carribean. The sea in front is within the bounds of the Cozumel Reefs National Park. This home is located just south of Chankanaab National Park and only a 15 minute drive to downtown San Miguel. This luxurious home is part of the new community Costa del Sol, with 24 hour security, 135 ft pier, 400 ft beach, infinity pool plus children`s pool, and coming soon - clubhouse and restaurant. Diving clubs can rent multiple homes in the community to accommodate larger groups.

This brand new four-bedroom home has three bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bath. And, an incredibly huge second floor master suite with double bathroom. There are gorgeous views of the water from most every room and the "million-dollar view" from the second floor deck which will accommodate a large group.
