The luxury villa's numerous outer terraces have sweeping panoramic views over the incredible turquoise waters of the Palancar region. Amazing views top the list of this home's many splendid virtues.

This 12,000 SF home is offers delightful surprises to the eye at every turn. Immense indoor and outdoor living space is punctuated by the daring architectural design, sky high ceilings and warm, golden brushed walls. Richly appointed, and rich in contemporary elegance, this incredible residence is one-of-a-kind.

Ultra private, ultra luxurious. At Mondo Palancar, living room and dining room doors open completely to usher in mild tropical breezes.

All the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Three of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are upstairs. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned via mini-splits.

The master bedroom faces south and west, has a king sized bed and offers a sea view

The 2nd bedroom on the southwest corner is also upstairs also offers both sea views and has 2 twin beds that can be joined into a king bed

The 3rd bedroom upstairs faces the east and the lagoon. It also has 2 twin beds that can be joined into a king.

The 4th bedroom is located on the ground, faces the sea and pool, and is part of a large suite that includes the TV room. It has a queen sized-bed and 2 corner twin beds (these can't be joined).

The 5th bedroom is also on the ground floor and faces the lagoon.. It has a queen-sized bed and 2 corner twin beds.

The 6th bedroom is also on the ground floor and faces north. It holds 1 king sized bed.

This home also provides a safe for your valuables, free long distance to the US and Canada and free local phone service (AT & T operator assisted long distance available). Each bedroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. For your entertainment there is a VCR, DVD Player, CD Player and Free high speed wireless Internet access (bring your own lap top).
