Overview

Located in the exclusive north end of Cozumel island, this oceanfront condo is perfect for small or large groups. There is Central A/C, cable TV, DVD/VCR, free high speed internet access and free long distance phone service to the USA and Canada, plus a shared swimming pool and great snorkeling right in front of the condo.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops with a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and electric range with oven. For those wishing to experience the ultimate in authentic regional cuisine, let one of our chefs come to your condo and prepare a meal for you! The dining room seats eight, and there is additional seating at the lunch counter which has three stools.

There are two master suites, each with a king size bed, private bath and sliding doors that open onto the ocean view terrace. Both masters feature bay windows with breathtaking ocean views, spectacular sunsets and the sights of the town of San Miguel.

The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, and share a bath that is conveniently located down the hall from the kitchen. These colorful and inviting bedrooms both have large windows with island views.

The private balcony overlooks the downstairs pool, shoreline reefs, and the shades of the blue ocean for which Cozumel is famous. There is a table and chairs for outside dining and relaxing.

In the pool area there are palapas and chaise lounges that are part of the building facilities you are free to enjoy.

The condo can accommodate from 4 to 8 guests. The dual master suite setup is particularly attractive to groups that have two or more couples.
