Overview

On the main floor, you will find a comfortable living room, where you can sit back and watch a movie on the big screen TV. The home comes with cable TV, including channels such as HBO, and a DVD player. There is a docking system for your ipod, and wireless DSL Internet is provided for your convenience. There is an in house cell phone for local calls, and it is possible to purchase additional airtime in order to call home.

Adjacent to the living room you will find the dining room, and the kitchen. The dining room table seats 8, and it has a lovely view of the pool. The house is equipped with a modern American style kitchen, complete with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Inside you will find everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home.

The main floor has minisplit air-conditioning, and ceiling fans, in both the living, and dining room. The half bathroom is located just off of the living room.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, it's own TV, and a walk in closet. The window from the master overlooks the pool and backyard. Inside the large master bathroom is a luxurious soaker tub, decorated with traditional hand painted talavera tiles.

The other 2 bedrooms contain queen size beds, and both have a balcony, overlooking the front of the house. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with a shower, both bathrooms have been decorated with talavera sinks and tiles. All bedrooms have minisplit air-conditioning and ceiling fans. All rentals include daily maid service except for Sundays.
