Marble floors, grantie counter tops with stainless appliances and fixtures give it a contemporary modern feel. The king size bed offers Tempurpedic Mattress pads and wireless internet access is available free of charge in our nearby office.

Ocean views from this unit. With our reasonable rates there is simply no better value anywhere in the hotel zone. Located in the 'Solymar' hotel and condominium complex at 18.7 km on Kukulkan Blvd. which is the main road in Cancun's hotel zone. The property is right on the beach in the more quiet, south end, of the strip. Although we are not part of the hotel, condo guests are welcome to use ALL property amenities at no extra charge. Condo guests may purchase the hotel's ' all inclusive' program which offers unlimited food and beverages including alcohol. This is a beautiful spot for budget conscious travelers who seek a private hideaway. The unit is fully managed on site by our property experts Carolyn and Alejandro.
