Overview

Our ocean view condo is located in the middle of the hotel zone in Cancun, Mexico.


The Hotel Zone, is a narrow island 19 KM long that has the Caribbean Sea on one side and a lagoon on the other.


Salvia is located in the middle of the largest concentration of night clubs, restaurants and shopping.


Our Cancun rental is the perfect place for families and couples who want to explore Cancun as well as the Mayan Riveria.
There is no shortage of things to do in this ocean Paradise.


It is a studio unit that sleeps four, With a kitchen and Bathroom. It is on the 5th floor facing the Caribbean sea. The room has been completely renovated in October 2008.


The room has daily maid service, they wash the dishes and change the linens as well as clean the room.

The front desk has pool towels and there is 24hr security at the building.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
