The property is private and only guest and residence are allowed on the premises. The staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions. The condo complex is located next to the 5-star hotel Grand Coastal Real. Most people in the area are American, Canadian and European tourist.



The condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival only. Maid services are available on a daily basis at an additional charge of $12 USD per service. Request this service upon making your reservations and arrangements will be made. If rented on a monthly basis maid services will be provided once a week at no additional charge.
