Overview

Get the amenities and atmosphere of a hotel in addition to the value and conveniences of a condominium at the newly renovated ocean front Solymar Condominiums Resort in Cancun, Mexico. Solymar is an ocean front resort property in the Cancun Hotel Zone. Our unit is on the 3rd floor with the best view of the beautiful Caribbean ocean and beach. This condo was completely renovated in fall 2008 down to the finest details. New kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar and dining room table. Custom cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. The unit is a studio with a fully equiped kitchen, spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, king size bed, sofabed that sleeps 2, every other day maid service included in our prices.

Our renters enjoy the convenience of onsite check in, free onsite internet and computer use in our rental office, and onsite assistance with booking discount tours and exursions.

You will enjoy your vacation in a fun, resort atmosphere, with daily activities like beach volleyball, pool volleyball, group outings to the world famous clubs, and even a pay-by-the-day All Inclusive option. You will not find amenities like this in any other Cancun condominium complex. Most other condo options have a residential feel and you have to leave the resort to experience a Cancun vacation atmosphere.

One of the unique features that the Solymar Resort offers is their pay-by-the-day All Inclusive plan. You are not obligated to participate in the All Inclusive plan, and you do not have to decide to use the plan until you arrive at the resort. You simply go to the front desk on the day that you would like the All Inclusive option and pay $45 USD per day for a wristband. Children under age 18 are $22 USD per day. All other hotels in Cancun charge $70 to $100 USD per day for their All Inclusive plan and will require you to commit to the plan for your entire stay or for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. At the Solymar Resort, you only pay for the days that you want the plan. This saves you time and money if you chose to take advantage of the many day trips and tours that Cancun has to offer, because you will not be at the resort to make use of the All Inclusive plan. Plus, you have the opportunity to check out the restaurant and bars before you decide if the All Inclusive plan is right for you. There are absolutely no obligations.

NOTE that all of our prices include taxes. Other hotels and condos in Cancun charge a 12% tax in addition to their base rate. We do not charge any additional tax.
