This beautiful 4 bedroom villa was completed in 2005. It should be called the house of light as every room is bright and sunny. Located in the presitigious community of Punta Ballena, near the world famous Esperanza Resort, this villa is minutes away from a beautiful white sand beach.



The beautiful furnishings throughout add to the ambiance. The main living area opens up on to the spacious deck area.



There are 3 bedrooms in the main part of the villa with a fourth in a separate guest house or casita - perfect for a little more privacy.
