Villa La Estancia is located on the safe swimming beach in the Bay of Cabo San Lucas. Each of these residences is privately owned but the resort is fully staffed. There is nothing comparable on Medano Beach in Cabo.

Guests at Estancia also have full access to the resort next door, Villa Del Palmar, as well as the shared amenities which include the Spa, restaurants, mini mall, tennis courts, and pools.
