Overview

Casa Fiesta is a recently built, 4000 sq ft vacation home with 4 master bedrooms. Each has a stunning view of the Pacific. Located in Los Cabos' most prestigious private development, Pedregal, the villa enjoys gorgeous white water views and is less than a mile form downtown Cabo San Lucas. It is on the much sought after Pacific side, directly above and a short walk from the palm lined Pedregal beach, which is renowned for its beauty and seclusion.



In the hot months, the Pacific side of Pedregal is between 10 to 15 degrees cooler than the rest of Cabo San Lucas due to the cooling Pacific breezes.



The house is situated to make the most of the ocean views and faces due south to ensure the deck and pool area enjoy full sun all day. This also protects it from any strong breezes. Shaded areas are also available so you will not need to retreat into the house to get away from the sun. The 'Great Room', decks, 50' Infinity pool, spa, and swim-up bar are all on the same level to provide the ultimate in socializing and entertainment.



The fully equipped gourmet kitchen, central air, heated pool & jacuzzi, US satellite TV, VCR, indoor/outdoor Stereo system, purified water system and built in gas BBQ provide all the convenience and luxury that a perfect vacation requires.
