Overview

This 3-bedroom hillside villa is situated in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal. Entry from the street belies the treasures this villa contains, particularly for those who enjoy dining and entertaining friends. The views throughout the villa of the Pacific, Sea of Cortez and the Bay of Cabo San Lucas are wonderful.



The main floor is a domed great room that hosts a dining area, living area and kitchen. The kitchen has clearly been designed for those who love to cook. Not only is there abundant space for the gourmet chef but everything is positioned so you can still be part of the party in the dining and living areas, plus the views are spectacular. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout will keep you cool on the hotter days.



The steps down to the level below take you to the first bedroom, which has a double bed and ensuite bathroom that has a shower with its own view. The master bedroom has a private entrance that leads down to the pool. This roomy suite has its own walk-in closet, vanity area and bathroom with a round bath and shower.



The third level has a pool, barbeque, poolside bar area and the third bedroom suite. This pool side suite has a small kitchenette, bathroom, and king sized bed.



Maid service is provided Monday through Saturday.
