Overview

Villa del Sol is a recently remodeled luxury villa with a vibrant style of modern Mexico. Located on the hillside above Cabo San Lucas in the prestigious gated community of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas, Villa del Sol has magnificent panoramic views of the beach and the Pacific Ocean.



The front of the home is a large living area with Casablanca ceiling fans, travertine floors, and floor to ceiling glass with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and beaches. The living room also features an entertainment center with satellite color TV/VCR/DVD/CD and opens onto a large patio with infinity pool, outdoor covered sitting area (seats 8) with lots of patio furniture and an outdoor shower. The dining room seats 10 people. A home with quality and style set on several separate levels to take advantage of the gentle breezes and spectacular views.



5 large bedrooms with private marble baths. The master bedroom features a king bed and an outdoor lounging area with shaded palapa, the second and third bedrooms feature two single beds each and are on the upper floor and feature incredible pacific ocean views and balcony's overlooking the patio and pool area. The fourth bedroom is private and located on the lower level with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed, and the fifth bedroom is a separate family suite with a king size bed and a bunk bed with a double and a single bed. All bedrooms have Casablanca ceiling fans and separate private marble bathrooms with shower.
