Overview

The house is located in the quiet and secure community of Santa Carmela, which is 2 miles from the heart of Cabo San Lucas. The house is in Mexican hacienda style with the gardens exhibiting both desert and tropical flora.



The main house is open plan with a gourmet kitchen equipped with Viking and Sub-zero appliances this opens up to the dining area that has a table to seat eight. There is a separate wet bar with counter and bar stools. The reception room or living area has a Mexican feel to it with leather and wood furnishings and a gas fire place.



Off the living area is a sunken den with an entertainment unit, Satellite DSS TV, VCR and DVD player are available.



The master bedroom has a king sized bed, fireplace and a separate sitting area which also has a TV. There is an attached private bathroom with shower and a sunken bath tub. The windows open out onto a small private terrace area that leads to the pool area.



The second and third bedrooms are detached from the main house and face the pool and terrace. The one bedroom has 2 queens sized beds, a TV, VCR and DVD player; its bathroom has a shower. The other bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and has a king bed in it, it also has a TV.



The pool area enjoys views of the Sea of Cortez and has plenty of seating, including a built in bench around a gas fire-pit. The perfect place to enjoy the cooler evenings telling stories and enjoying the stars.
