Overview

Located in the gated community of Pedregal this spacious 4-bedroom villa enjoys great views of the ocean and beach. Its location on the Pacific side of Pedregal ensures spectacular sunsets.


Custom built with nearly 4,000 square feet of luxury, you will find yourself wishing you could stay longer or return sooner to this perfect vacation home. The home can sleep a maximum of 10 people as it has a queen sofa sleeper in the living space in addition to the bedrooms.



The bedrooms are as luxurious as the rest of the house: the first has a king sized bed, its own patio and a jacuzzi tub in the en-suite bathroom; the second has a king and a patio out to the jacuzzi and pool area plus en-suite bathroom; the third bedroom also has a king, a shower in its bathroom and overlooks the pool; finally the fourth bedroom has a queen, a small kitchenette and a separate entrance. All the bedrooms have satellite TV in addition to the large TV and built in sound system in the family room.



The high ceilings, tiled floors and use of granite through the villa help create a cool and tranquil ambience. On hotter days the modern zoned air-conditioning ensures your comfort. The open plan upper living and dining areas are ideal for entertaining and for those who enjoy cooking the kitchen is outstanding. All the newest appliances are included along with 2 ovens and a water purification system.
