Casa Tita is a 8,000 square foot home located in Punta Ballena, one of the most exclusive areas of Los Cabos, home to the world famous Esperenza Resort.



This house is perfect for large families. There are five master suites with king beds, private baths and private balconies. All have ocean views. There are also 3 children's rooms each with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and private baths.

Great care has been taken to separate the common areas from the bedrooms allowing the guests privacy when required as well as spacious areas for get togethers.



The spectacular patio area is the highlight of this unique property. The large pool is accentuated with picturesque stones that are reminiscent of a modern scuplture. The gas fire pit, outdoor bar, and generous selection of patio furniture complement outdoor living.
