Overview

Casa Paraiso offers elegance and comfort in a spacious 7,000 square feet of European style splendor. Every need is catered for in this true ocean front villa located on the shore of the Sea of Cortez within the prestigious gated community of Punta Bella.



Just a few minutes form Palmilla estates and 10 minutes outside of San Jose del Cabo the house makes the most of its ocean views and sea breezes. Sitting on a small bluff above a private beach.



Outdoor living is catered for with an abundance of patio furniture for your use. So if you wish to sit and watch the whales swim by from the sunny pool area or from the Cantera stone column punctuated shaded porch areas you can do so in comfort. Tables and chairs allow for dining outside as well. The focal point of the outdoors is the heated pool, with its sunken seats and twin dolphin fountains.



The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with Viking and, Subzero appliances. Coffee lovers will appreciate the cappuccino machine. If you really want to concentrate on relaxation we will be happy to arrange for the service of a chef.



The house offers both formal dining and reception areas in the great room as well as a more informal den and games room. A fine pool table often becomes a gathering place with guests and the wet bar is again fully equipped with everything a bartender would need to prepare the most delicious of concoctions.



The main house features four bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The large master suite and second master suite have balconies that open onto the pool and ocean front. Both these master suites have a single king-sized bed; the third bedroom has 1 king-sized bed; and the fourth has two queen beds. The 5th bedroom is off the courtyard and was originally intended for staff or an accompanying nanny. The bedrom has just been remodeled with its own ensuite bathroom and queen sized bed.
