Nestled in the exclusive, gated, Pedregal subdivision, it offers views of Sea of Cortez, the mountains and yacht harbor. The villa is only two blocks from the city center and is less than a mile from the main marina.The home is located in a mountain subdivision surrounded by million dollar villas representing the highest degree of privacy, luxury, and security.

Bougainvillea and tropical plants welcome you upon entry. Enjoy the tranquil sunsets and sunrises of Cabo San Lucas and the famous arch from the two private terraces extending from the master suite and the living room.The pool is spacious and refreshing. A hot tub above the pool is perfect for relaxing sore muscles from experiencing the water and land sports of Cabo San Lucas or from walking to the Mexican shops. A waterfall cascades down a natural rock wall into the pool. Chaise lounges, a table with palm frond palapa and a stainless steel propane grill makes outdoor relaxation and dining easy.
Three bedrooms with king sized beds, 3 1/2 baths, gourmet kitchen, central air-conditioning, a large heated pool, satellite television and numerous other amenities makes this villa ideal for a romantic Cabo getaway or a family vacation.

The rental villa comfortably sleeps seven persons and rents for $425/night from May 1- August 1, $375/night from August 1- October 15 and $475/night in season. Holidays are $575/night. The villa is discounted for extended stays over one week, for smaller groups, and for specials that are done throughout the year.
