Overview

This beautiful beachfront villa has been fully remodeled and renamed, the house was formerly Casa Karcher. The bedroom has five bedrooms with ocean views and a 6th bedroom which is more of a studio. The 6th bedroom with a small kitchen, sitting area and garden view also has a king bed in it and its own bathroom.



The other bedrooms offer the following amenities:

Master Bedroom - King bed, TV & DVD Player, ensuite with jacuzzi tub and a terrace with views of the ocean and beach.



Bedroom 2 - 2 Queens, TV, CD Stero, Steam room and Sauna, ensuite bathroom, and a terrace with views of the ocean and beach.



Bedroom 3 - King bed, ensuite bathroom and terrace with ocean and beach views.



Bedroom 4 - 2 Queens, ensuite bathroom and terrace with ocean and beach views.



Bedroom 5 - 2 King beds, sofa, ensuite bathroom and terrace with ocean and beach views.



One of the biggest changes is the new pool and spa that has replaced the old pool. There is a large terrace area ideal and set up for outdoor dining under shade, there is also a service bar with fridge, TV and stereo. There are lots of children's lawn toys and hammocks in addition to the patio furniture.



The common areas inside include a games room which doubles as a media room with a 52" TV, satellite radio, sound system with external speakers, wet-bar, pool table and gym.
