Overview

There was a story in the Bible about the foolishness of building a house on sand. Well technology has come a long way and when you can build in a location like Casa Alcini, you build. This award winning home has recently been recognized as one of the finest homes built in Cabo San Lucas.



A truly stunning 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom home that is as beachfront as it could be. There are 3 floors, each with 2 bedrooms on it and all of them have ocean views. On the top floor the bedrooms both have a king sized bed and the bathrooms also include Jacuzzi tubs; the 2 bedrooms on the middle floor both have king sized beds and full bathrooms; on the bottom floor one bedroom has a king and the other 2 twin beds, again both have full bathrooms.



The house itself is 7,000 square feet under roof of tasteful elegance and almost another 7,000 sq ft of area outside. If the cool Pacific breezes do not keep you cool then the zoned air conditioning in every room will ensure your comfort.



For the gourmets there is a fully equipped kitchen that will provide you with every convenience to make food preparation a joy. Water is supplied via dual water purification systems. If you prefer chef services can be arranged for your stay.



While it is difficult to imagine wanting to stay inside a house while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas this house tries to seduce you to do so. A media room, the only room in the house without an ocean view, offers you comfortable surroundings to enjoy your favorite DVD on the big screen TV. There is also a wet bar in the room so refreshments are not far away if the movie or game get too exciting.



An extra large sun patio and pool area makes the most of the house's spectacular setting. The outside area has a swim-up bar, gas fire-pit, Jacuzzi and washroom - even the furniture is worthy of mention elegantly crafted in teak.
