Located on the 9th hole of Los Flamingos Country Club, this fully furnished villa features: Two levels with three large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large living room with full wet bar, dining room with access to large outdoor patio, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, satellite television, mini-split air-conditioning throughout, spiral staircase, and upstairs overlook of the living room. This home sits among a lush, tropical landscaped area with yard which is fully maintained by gardeners. There is a view out of living room providing lush view of yard and community pool/palapa; upstairs veranda off of master bedroom provides outside seating to overlook the 9th hole of the golf course. The master suite also includes a fully tiled, deep tub/shower which has views of the golf course. The area is secluded between Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias which offers access to major hotels, shopping and several community beaches!.
