Overview
Playa Blanca Condo # 1 has a central location on North Akumal's Half Moon Bay where the beach is widest and the sand is finest. If you are looking for sun, sea and sand you have found it.
There is a spectacular ocean view from each front room of this beach condo, from the Main Bathroom through the Master Bedroom, Living and Dining Room until the terrace.
Playa Blanca # 1 offers you a WiFi Internet connection and is the unique Condo with 3 satellite TV Sky systems.
The central living area includes a large living room and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen off to the side.
All face the ocean view creating a spacious area for dining, relaxing or entertaining.
A glass window-wall spans the length of the main living space serving up an awesome view of Half Moon Bay and the Caribbean.
The kitchen has a four burner stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, sufficient utensils and cookware for six people.
A curved breakfast peninsula seats four making informal breakfasts a snap. In the living room a built-in L shaped couch faces the sea view and beach. Closer to the windows is an oval wood dining table with seating for six. A glass slider opens to the ocean terrace, a great place to be anytime of day.

The master bedroom is certainly the highlight, with a king bed, louvered windows that fold back to reveal the ocean view, ample storage, and a private master bath with a deluxe tub/shower and more louvered windows that fold back for the ocean view.
The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a window facing the garden side to let light into the bedroom. It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
