Vintage arched windows and doors lead to a flower laden private patio.

This charming, two story casa, with open floor plan has just been newly renovated. Beautiful bright colors with Mexican touches throughout the home, courtyard and garden. Wake up to sunny, blue skies, with beautiful views of Lake Chapala from the upstairs master bedroom. Or, gaze at the incredible mountain views from the study. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon margarita... in the spacious and well lit dining room with garden terrace view or unwind under the umbrella on the courtyard. Relax in the comfortable and cozy living room while watching TV, or reading your favorite book.

Dazzle your taste buds with the fresh fruit and veggies bought directly from the farmer at the Wednesday market. Cook them and all the other delightful goodies in the fully-equipped kitchen accented with hand-painted Mexican talavera tile. Walking distance to everything! Stroll the narrow cobblestone streets day or night. We personally live in this area and feel safer here than in most cities in the United States.
