Featuring rustic hand-hewn wooden beams with impressive soaring wooden Michoacan ceilings (a rare treat in this part of Mexico) and boveda brick ceilings. Vintage arched windows and doors lead to a flower laden private patio.

This charming, two story casa, with open floor plan has just been newly renovated. Beautiful bright colors with Mexican touches throughout the home, courtyard and garden. Wake up to sunny, blue skies, with beautiful views of Lake Chapala from the upstairs master bedroom. Or, gaze at the incredible mountain views from the study. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon margarita... in the spacious and well lit dining room with garden terrace view or unwind under the umbrella on the courtyard. Dazzle your taste buds with the fresh fruit and veggies bought directly from the farmer at the Wednesday market.
