Underground parking is also included. The building overlooks Lake Ontario. Apartment view is of a garden court yard.

The apartment is comfortably furnished, completely equipped, accessorized and fully serviced. The furnished suite comes complete with large kitchen including table, full size 30 in. fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, bake ware, serving ware, tea set, china, glassware, cutlery, utensils and linens.
