Overview

The town house is located on a beautifully landscaped courtyard on a street that is close to the downtown by a major highway, streetcar, beach, bike paths but situated in a park like setting so it is quiet and private. There is also a private terraced garden looks out onto a ravine.

The property was fully renovated two years ago with a new kitchen and bathroom, hardwood floors, pot lights and opened up so it feels like a loft. There are two large bedrooms on the second floor that sleep four. The lower level bedroom has a walk out to a small terraced garden and a two piece bathroom.

Underground parking included. Air conditioning. Flat screen television and WiFi included.

This lovely property would be suitable for three couples a family of six or for a professional couple who want privacy and access to the city.
