This charming B&B is located on 160 acres in a peaceful rural setting just 20 minutes north of Thunder Bay. Three bright and comfortable rooms offer many amenities including queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, TV, Hi-speed internet, and much more. Full delicious country breakfasts are served in our large sunrooom overlooking gardens where our guests have observed deer, rabbits and even lynx! Relax in our common room or screen room or enjoy some sun on our deck. Guest have use of a complimentary canoe and transportation to nearby Hazelwood Lake where you can explore this pristine motorfree lake.Plan to spend a few days and enjoy the many wonderful attractions of Thunder Bay and area. Historic Old Fort William, Kakabeka Falls, Eagle Canyon Suspension Bridge, Pioneer Village, Amethyst Mines, Ouimet Canyon and Sleeping Giant Provincial Park are just a few of the many "must sees' of this area.

Our Sunrise and Northern Lights Rooms have queen beds, full ensuite bath, TV, small fridge, microwave, coffee & tea pots and internet. The Country Garden Room has a double bed and a half bath ensuite, great for the traveller on a tight budget. All our guests are treated to a full home cooked breakfast of fruits, juice, muffins, hot dishes which may include pancakes, french toast and baked omelet. Our common/dining room is a large sunroom overlooking the forest and gardens.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
