24 foot ceiling in great room with enormous windows overlooking fields and forest, massive brick contraflow fireplace, bedrooms have 15 ft cathedral ceilings each with their own ensuite bathrooms, each room has individually controlled electric heat, enormous ceiling fans control silent air movement, we are not airconditioned but except for the occasional extreme heatwave have no need for it. We are located between Campbellford and Warkworth, at the end of a 900 foot driveway curving over an esker to a very private valley. A mecca for wildlife and flora, Presqu'ile with its annual bird migration is 25 km. south.
