Overview

A comfortable 3 bedroom cottage (which sleeps 5) situated on 1.5 acres of land, located in Port Hood, Nova Scotia, Canada. All the rooms have recently been refurbished and redecorated to make your stay more comfortable and 'just like home'! Spend a day bathing in the warmest waters in Eastern Canada or simply laze around on the beautiful sandy beaches (less than a 5 minute walk away). Indulge in some freshly caught local fish, cooked on the BBQ, while you relax on the deck watching magnificent sunsets. The outdoor deck contains the bbq and enough patio furniture to comfortably fit 4-6 people. All within a short driving distance are hiking trails, whale watching cruises, cultural festivals, impressive golf courses and the beautiful Cabot Trail which ranks #2 in the National Geographic Travel Survey, 2005. In addition to it's natural beauty, Cape Breton has some fascinating local culture. Emerse yourself in an evening at the local pubs filled with Scottish fiddle music and step dancing. Come and enjoy the many dances, concerts and ceilidhs.
