Overview

Our B&B is situated on a freshwater lake - Lake Petpeswick. We offer genuine maritime hospitality in a very warm and friendly environment. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed. Guests have complimentary use of watercraft; canoes, kayaks and pedal boats. The B&B is close to spectacular ocean beaches, great walking and hiking trails and several golf courses. Birdwatching and photography present great opportunities; come see the loons, bald eagles and osprey together with a multitude of our other feathered friends. Swim in the lake - during summer months the water temperature is a comfortable 23 degrees celsius (76 degrees Fahrenheit). We have an outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake and picturesque gardens. "We are more than just a B&B...we are a destination".

Location & area

Just a Fourty minute drive to downtown Halifax or the International Airport. We are situated between Musquodoboit Harbour and Porter's Lake on Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore. We have a private sandy beach and a wooded area with small walkways - very picturesque.
