The property is not oceanfront, although you can hear the ocean, the trees obscure the view. It is a 2 mins walk to the local beach and 5 mins drive to 4 additional beaches. The village is in the middle of a triangle 20-30 minutes to the towns of Bridgewater (8,000 pop.)/Liverpool/Lunenburg Town (each approx 4-5,000 pop). These towns have full services including Hospitals, Banks, 24 hour Supermarkets, Lawyers, Schools, Hotels, Restaurants etc.
