Overview

Two story home, 3 large bedrooms on top; open floor plan on main with screened sunporch, large decks, large windows, b-b-que; the view of distant mountains, sheltered salt water bay and surrounding traditional village is quite stunning, simple and peaceful.

Excellent for children, the house is situated on the water with a gentle slope to it's own cove/beach, and gentle grade into the salt water. Our young children love exploring the coves, skimming rocks, collecting beachglass, biking through the community, and going on the salt water in the rowboat.

The house is located in a quiet, charming fishing village with is part of the East port peninsula. loved by seakayakers, and renowned for the sandy beaches of Eastport & Sandy Cove. Picturesque Salvage is nearby, and Terra Nova national park.
