Description:
Our 2 bedroom apartment is situated in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Stunning views of the mountains can be gathered from the living room, kitchen and balcony.

Centrally located, within 7 minutes walk to the business district and 5 minutes to the seawall walking path, this is an ideal spot for work or recreation. The apartment will sleep 4 people in two bedrooms, one Queen sized bed and the other twin.

The amenities within the complex include a swimming pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room and gym. A media room and party room are available upon request.

The apartment is serviced weekly. All utilities, full cable and wireless internet are included. Washer and dryer are situated within the apartment, and a dishwasher/microwave/fridge/freezer is also provided.

Environmental Policy:
The apartment is situated within a LEED Gold certified building. Owned since new, this apartment has always been cleaned with eco-friendly products. All linens are organic or ethically sourced bamboo. Feel good about making this your choice for holiday/short term accommodation.
