Cozy furnished, ground floor (not basement) studio apartment in modern house. Private side entrance, clean & quiet. 3 pce bathroom w/ spacious shower stall, full kitchen. Queen size bed plus single sofa bed. Max. 3 persons.
All the comforts of home. Utilities, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, small appliances, fridge, stove, full size laundry, Local phone calls, Wireless High Speed internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player are all included. Street Parking.
Deposit required and there is a cancellation policy.Minimum stay is 7 days
