Overview
Our condo overlooks the golf course and has a very relaxing, private setting! We are located on the 2nd level corner of a 2-level condo complex. All of the furnishings are top quality - 2 queen-sized beds and a single loft bed. The living room has a 37" LCD TV/Stereo/DVD player and 2 sets of leather, reclining loveseats. There is a gas fireplace with a brick surround and wood mantle. The dining room seats up to 6 people, and there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything that you will need to make your own gourmet meals after a day on the mountain! Two full bathrooms (one is an ensuite) with the main bathroom having an extra large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has it's own TV/DVD combo so that the 'kids' can have their own space. Our condo is located in the 'Settlers Crossing' complex in the East Village area of Sun Peaks Resort. Our unit faces the golf course, mountains and trees - a very private setting. It's a short 10-15 minute walk to the main village and ski lifts. It's also ski-out to Mt. Morrisey and ski-in from the Sundance chairlift and 'Fair Dinkum' ski run!
