Overview

Very nice two bedrooms plus study Villa located in The Springs. This property has a private back garden with private pool and it is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. There are two rooms upstairs, each room has its own bathroom and there is also a study downstairs with an outside guest toilet which can accommodate a fifth guest for a total of 5. The Springs is a very green, relaxing and peaceful neighbor surrounded by green parks and lakes... The Town Center, where all restaurants and shops are located, is just close by. The Emirates and the Montgomery Golf course are just few minutes walk away. Dubai Marina and the beach are just 5 minutes drive across the Sheyk Zayed Road. The Villa is equipped with stove, washing machine, dish washer, fridge and freezer, all cooking pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cleaning equipment etc...


Early check out or cancellation:

No refund will be given in case of early check out or early termination of the lease.

Should you need to cancel your stay once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive it in writing at our offices. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost of the booking excluding amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation charges:

more than 8 weeks 15% (down payment only)

less than 8 weeks down payment+ 20%

less than 6 weeks down payment+ 50%

less than 4 weeks down payment+ 60%

less than 3 weeks down payment+ 80%

less than 2 weeks down payment+ 100%



Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of any insurance policy you may have. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.



Check in & out timing:

Note that our standard check in time is after 13:00 and our standard check out time is before 11:00 any later check out will be charged at half day charge if up to 18:00 and one full day charge if after 18:00. Note that for check out it is understood and agreed that the premises shall be vacated and the keys returned to our guest relation officer. It is strictly necessary to vacate the premises on time in order not to delay the lease of some other tenants or disrupt our operations. If our guest relation officer was not available for any reason you could leave the keys plus all access cards at the reception of the building with the security staff, possibly in an envelope addressed to Dubaldo Real Estate Broker.
