The large hallway opens into the spacious, lavishly furnished dining and living area. The dining area enjoys Black leather-back chairs and seats 6 people comfortably. A perfect setting to entertain! The living area enjoys a beautifully furnished sofa and a large flat screen television and DVD player. Views from this balcony are to the garden and pool area. The master bedroom (which also enjoys access to another balcony) lies on one side of the apartment, it enjoys an ensuite bathroom. This benefits from 1 stand-alone wash basins, a large corner bath tub. Lying on the opposite side of this apartment are the further 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 enjoys twin beds and is equally elegantly furnished, Bedroom 2, smaller, enjoys a very calmly furnished room with 150x200cm bed. These bedrooms share a beautifully finished bathroom which houses a bath. The fully equipped kitchen is situated just off the entrance hall. It is modern, bright and enjoys a breakfast bar into the living area. The swimming pool facilities, BBQ area and Fitness center can be accessed simply down the stair from this apartment. At a 100 meter from the building exit enjoy easy access to “The Greens Village” busy center with a multitude of cafés, restaurants, supermarket and shop. Also, Dubai Internet and Media City is a short car journey away. Access to downtown Dubai is also smooth where you can enjoy the many shopping and entertainment opportunities this exciting city has to offer.
