This bright and spacious air-conditioned 14th floor apartment offers many options: Relax or dine out on one of the two balconies with views over the Marina and ocean; sit back with a DVD and enjoy the surround sound from the wall-mounted 42 inch plasma TV (with wide selection of satellite channels) and home theatre system; escape with a game on the Playstation 3, or use the desk and wireless broadband Internet connection to hook up with the office or your friends.
The apartment has two balconies - the larger of which has a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining, and a sun lounger from where you can watch the sun setting over the ocean. The smaller balcony has views inland over the desert.
The open-plan lounge/dining room has a dining table seating 4 people, and a large double sofabed, making the apartment adaptable enough for a small family or two couples. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, iPod dock/alarm clock radio, en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet, and fitted wardrobes. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped, with everything from a cafetiere to a garlic press. Appliances include a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a guest WC.
The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis, with towels and bedlinen included.
The tower has a large terrace immediately overlooking the widest part of Dubai Marina, next to the new Yacht Club (due to open spring/summer 2008). As well as the main pool with sunbeds and parasols, there is a shallow children's paddling pool and jacuzzi, and landscaped patio with barbeque facilities, tables and chairs. A well-equipped air-conditioned gym, sauna and steam room are just inside.
There is a supermarket, coffee shops, take-away food and beauty salon 1 minutes walk away.
One underground parking space is allocated to the apartment, and access to the car park is via a remote control device supplied.
