A luxurious two stories five bedrooms plus Beach shoreline across the water. These views are enjoyed from not only the great sized balcony which is off the living room, but also from the bedroom. The swimming pool areas and the beach just downstairs are totally exclusive to the shoreline apartments. There is a beach club with gymnasium overlooking the swimming pools, sun beds, licensed restaurants, cafes and small shops all currently opening. The balcony has a table with 4 chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view. The hallway opens up into the very comfortable living/dining area, which is very tasteful furnished in light and dark colours where the dining area seats 4 people. There is a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven. The bedroom enjoys peaceful views across the water and of the facilities below. There is a walk-in wardrobe area and a good sized bathroom, which has a bath/shower combination.For this specific property a refundable security deposit of AED 2,000/- is required and it is refundable without interest within 14 days after check out provided that the property is returned in the same conditions as it was found on the day of check in.
