Overview

A luxurious three bedrooms apartment located on the Palm Jumeirah within the Shoreline Apartments. The private beach is just downstairs. This property has been furnished to a very high standard, modern furniture, and state of the art electronics and equipments.
Entertainment wise, the living room is equipped with a 46 inch LCD TV featuring many international TV channels, 5 disks DVD/CD player with movies library and a Play Station II with games library in addition to a high speed and Wi-Fi complimentary internet connection.

The dining area can comfortable seat 8 guests and the large kitchen also offer high stool for a more casual dining.

All the bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV, DVD/CD player and Cable TV.

This apartment does not have a direct sea view however the beach is just on the ground floor.

A refundable security deposit of AED 3,000/- is required

Our rates are ALL INCLUSIVE of:

'Once weekly House Keeping service (once every seven days) this applies to bookings longer than one week, it is therefore understood and agreed that the property shall be maintained clean on your own account if your booking is of seven nights or less. Should you wish to have a more frequent house keeping service kindly note that due to our busy schedule this is not always feasible however we shall do our best to accommodate your requests, note that extra charges will apply.
