This apartment is located on the 26th floor and is facing the beach and the Palm Island.
The apartment offer one ensuit bedroom (with its own bathroom), one guest toilet a fully equipped kitchen and very elegant living room. All minor details have been looked after and this property offers all amenities from the 48" LCD screen, to the Playstation II to the High Speed Wireless internet, to the Espresso Coffee machine etc.... Private parking is reserved in the very same building as well as pool and state of the art gym. The apartment is equipped with stove, washing machine, dish washer, fridge and freezer, all cooking pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cleaning equipment etc...
