The flat is located on the second floor of a luxury block of flats in the Shmurah neighbourhood, Zichron Yaakov. and was built in the year 2000. The building has a lift and is surrounded by gardens. The location is on the western side of the Shmurah neighborhood, which offers breathtaking sea views. 5-7 minuttes walk to shopping center.

Zichron Yaakov is a Quaint historic village, many restaurants and coffee shops, museums, art shops, 10-minutes' drive to beautiful beaches, on the southern reaches of the Carmel mountain, close to nature trails and parks. Easy access to both Tel Aviv and Haifa.

There is private parking space. The flat is air conditioned and fully equipped, including kosher kitchen, all bedding and linen, washing machine, etc. The flat is ideal for four adults (if required, two additional folding beds can be opened in the lounge.
