Overview

This beautiful new up market apartment is on the 8th floor and has unobstructed views of the Beach and the Ocean.
There is Satellite TV in the both the main bedroom and sitting room.
It is fully Air-Conditioned and equipped with all major appliances including Microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dish Washer and a Computer connected to ADSL Internet.
We provide all linen and Bath towels (beach towels are not provided)
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5. There are Two Bathrooms plus a guest toilet.
The apartment is in pristine condition and boasts a very high standard of beds, fittings and furniture.
The underground garaging for two cars is situated near the lifts.
Please note that we do not allow smoking in the apartment. Smokers can use the outside balcony.
Although the apartment is not strictly kosher, we request that you do not bring in non kosher meats such as pork products or shellfish.
LocationThe apartment is located on the Seafront in South Netanya adjacent to the “Bamboo Village Beach Restaurant” approximately 2km from Netanya Kikar (Main Square).

Poleg is on the coast in the centre of Israel ... by car it takes 20 minutes to Tel Aviv, 15 minutes to Herzliya, 10 minutes to Ranana and 5 minutes to the central train station in Bet Yehoshu'a

The apartment is a stones throw to the beach and has unobstructed views of the beach and ocean.

ConditionsIn order to secure a reservation we take a deposit of $500.00 which is refunded after your stay, less any breakages or telephone calls which may occur.

We had a great time at your apartment in Poleg. Everything was first-class, including the bed (which is similar to ours).The apartment, it is exactly as stated by you. There are all the amenities in a modern, well furnished spacious apartment; including underground parking, and facing the sea.! The main bed is extra wide and very comfortable. Yonete is helpful and available if needed. (We never needed to trouble her).of course having an English speaking agent and good communication with you is a great advantage, especially for us! All in all the stay was delightful and we enjoyed our time in the apartment. We hope to be there with our daughter and her girls in April P.G. My cousin, has asked me for your e-mail address as he is interested in the apartment and what dates are available. You will probably hear from him soon. Bye for now and kind regards. An exceptional apartment, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cannot say enough good things about the apartment and the area. We would most definitely stay there again the next time we visit Israel.
