Jerusalem Architects Ass.)It is beautifully upgraded to a high standard and features four and a half meter ceilings and spacious loft areas.

La Terrasse is located ten minutes walk from the Jaffa Gate (Old City)It is five minutes walk from the fabulous Mamilla shopping concourse. The exotic Mahane Yehuda open market is ten minutes the other direction. There is much to see and experience right closeby, and the street
itself is now an attraction.

We are offering introductory rates because permits to use the upper levels are pending. If the entire flat is available to you when you book, the low season rate will be $500/night, 3,000/week or $11,000/month. If only the lower level is available, it will be roughly half of that.
A cash damage deposit of $300 is required up front and will be returned to you upon departure if all is well.
