This apartment in on the top floor of an eight story sea area building. A one minute walk gets you to the sand and sun of the beautiful Hertzlia beaches.The area around has coffee houses, beach bars, a brand new shopping mall, and the boating marina.The building has a relaxing private pool area with a 1/3-olympic size swimming pool. The pool is open during the summer months from April til October and closed during the winter months. The building community is quiet and friendly.The apartment amenities include a refridgerator/freezer, microwave/toaster oven, four-burner stove-top, all the plates/dishes/silverware you'll need, and shared laundry machines.
