Overview
The apartment measures 55 sq meters (592 sq ft) in size and is located on the 2nd floor of a three story building. It features a bedroom, living room, kitchen, balcony and a ceiling height of 3.6 m (12 ft). It's newly remodeled (Venetian plaster) and fully furnished, with a queen sized bed and sofa bed, as well as an additional corner sofa bed. A handmade stained glass window (Tiffany), paintings by a famous Kiev artist and historical exhibits from the owner`s private collection enhance the interior decor. Other amenities such as air conditioning, gas heating, cable TV (40 channels), 2 TV-sets, telephone and unlimited internet access are included. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, microwave, refrigerator and washer. Hot and cold water are on all the time.

It's placed in the historic center of Yalta, at the foot of Polikurovskiy Hill (“Paleohor” means old settlement in Greek) where Yalta began as a city after Nikola's the First rule in 1837, and close to the Orthodox Temple of Ioann Zlatoust (John Chrysostom Church) , the first stone construction in Yalta.
It's a short 2 minute walk to popular Massandra Beach (surrounded by restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops open 24/7), and 7 minutes to Yalta seaport, Embankment (Promenad), McDonalds. A 15 minute walk will take you to the Yalta Intourist Hotel, and the central food market.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
