It is situated in a residential area of the city. For those concerned about location, it is just 10 minute drive to the city center by car, bus or trolley (leave every 3-5 minutes from the parking lot). Although the setting is quiet, adjacent to the house you will find groceries, liquor stores, cafe shop, pharmacy, post office and more. Please contact the owner if you are looking for accommodation in the city center (we offer a number of apartments for rent).

This clean and well-maintained studio is fully furnished, equipped with 29" TV and DVD player has a fully equipped kitchen (including cookware, dishes and cutlery). Sleeping accommodation for up to 4 includes a fold out queen size sofa bed and double rollaway bed.

The apartment is supplied with all linen, blankets and pillows, soap, paper towel. This studio offers a balcony to complete the ambience at the end of your adventurous day. Wireless Internet access and telephone can be provided on request.
