This apartment has 1 bedroom, lounge and kitchen with air-conditioner in each, on the main street, in very centre of Sevastopol 2 minutes walk from McDonald's.
Situated on the 3rd of 3 floors on Bolshaya Morskaya 7 , just a couple of minutes walk to all the bars, restaurants, night life, harbour and promenade, when you can swim or relax in the sun.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with air conditioner, complete with built in electric oven, gas hob and
microwave, built in fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and a full set of cooking utensils.
The bed room has a King sized bed with proper fitted
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and washing machine.

The apartment has its own independent gas central heating system that can be set at what ever temperature you require all year round, most apts dont have any heating between 1st of April and the 30th of October, ,ehich can be chilly at night in the late spring a early winter.In the winter it can be prone to regular break downs
