The apartment is located on the 3d floor of a 3-storey building. The windows overview the Bolshaya Morskaya street with a nice floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, kitchen and 2nd bedroom overview the yard. Entrance to the yard is enclosed, therefore provides a safe parking for a car. The furniture in the flat is brand-new, including the kitchen furniture and equipment.
